Welcome to FocusFitness!

Our timetable section is where you'll get guided about the schedules of specific workouts we'll be performing all throughout the week. So if you have a desired workout in our lovely fitness hub, there’s no need for you to visit us often. Our gym workout class is always available everyday. However, it's important that you take note of these details and get yourself guided.

We are aware that not everyone has the time to drop by at our fitness centre. So we took initiative and assigned all the activities at different times. In this way, we hope that we were able to contribute to our participants' convenience. The goal of this timetable is to mainly give awareness to our participants and ensure that their concerns are attended well.

As you can see, our activities are available in variation. This is to ensure that participants have enough activities to choose from our gym workout class. Difference between working out alone and in groups

Some of you might be wondering what the difference is between working out alone and in groups. Chiefly, it boils down to your personal preference. Some people prefer working out alone as it offers a tranquil experience without too much crowd. On the other hand, other individuals prefer group workouts since they’re more fond of outgoing environments.
